This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("USER" or "USERS") and ExcelDevil.com and its parent company Softswoon bvba (referred to hereunder as "ExcelDevil", "WE", or "US") that covers all spreadsheets ("TEMPLATE" or "TEMPLATES") and software ("SOFTWARE") made and offered via ExcelDevil.com.
You should read this Agreement carefully before accepting its terms and start using the template.
This TEMPLATE is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. Each TEMPLATE is licensed, not sold.
By downloading, copying, accessing or otherwise using any TEMPLATES or/and SOFTWARE, USER is acknowledging and agreeing that USER has read and understand this EULA, that USER agrees to be bound by the terms of this EULA currently in effect and as updated by US from time to time.

ExcelDevil provides TEMPLATES and SOFTWARE solutions. USER desires to license such TEMPLATE or SOFTWARE solutions from ExcelDevil and ExcelDevil desires to grant a license to such TEMPLATE or SOFTWARE solutions pursuant to the terms and conditions hereof. In consideration of the EULA contained below, the Parties hereby agree as follows:
ExcelDevil grants USER a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, revocable license to use the TEMPLATE or SOFTWARE in accordance with this EULA. ExcelDevil reserves all rights not expressly granted to USER.
This EULA grants USER the right to download this TEMPLATE free of charge for personal use or use within his company or organization.
USER may adapt the template to his own needs.
USER may not sell, resell, license, rent, lease, lend or otherwise transfer without written approval from ExcelDevil.
ExcelDevil is and remains the owner of any intellectual property rights with respect to the TEMPLATE or SOFTWARE or any copies of it. USER shall not acquire any ownership to the TEMPLATE or SOFTWARE.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by ExcelDevil. Use of any TEMPLATE OR SOFTWARE for any purpose other than expressly permitted in this EULA is prohibited.
ExcelDevil is entitled to terminate this EULA with immediate effect and without prior notice in the event USER fails to comply with the terms in this EULA, or in the event ExcelDevil is required to do so by law or an order of an applicable court.
In such event, you must destroy all copies of any TEMPLATE or SOFTWARE.
USER uses the TEMPLATE or SOFTWARE at his own risk and the entire risk as to satisfactory quality, performance and accuracy is with USER.
The TEMPLATE, SOFTWARE and accompanying documentation are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty - statutory, express or implied - of any kind. ExcelDevil disclaims (including, but not limited to) the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, title, quiet enjoyment, accuracy and non-infringement of third-party rights. No oral or written advice given by ExcelDevil shall create a warranty or in any way increase the scope of this warranty and USER may not rely upon such information or advice.
ExcelDevil does not guarantee any specific results from the use of the TEMPLATE or SOFTWARE.
ExcelDevil makes no warranty that the software will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
In no event shall ExcelDevil be liable for any special, indirect or conesuential damages or any damages whatsoever, resulting from loss of use, data or profits, wheter in an action of contract, negligence or any other tortious.
All disputes arising from or in connection with this EULA will be exclusively at the discretion of the courts of the place where the registered office of ExcelDevil (Softswoon BVBA) is located.
Belgian law applies to the legal relationship and the performance of the EULA between all parties.
